Yes, Bereila dispensers can handle a variety of sauces, including those with high viscosity, low viscosity, and even sticky products with particulates. The yield of our dispensers depends on the kind and viscosity of your sauce, combined with the kind of packaging. Some of our dispensers yield up to 97% of the product, significantly reducing waste and delivering more portions to your customers, which helps save money and improve sustainability. Bereila offers a general 1 year warranty which covers material and manufacturing defects. For manual stainless steel dispensers of the First Class series and NEOdis series a warranty of 3 years is granted. Wearing parts like o-rings, membranes and springs are excluded from warranty. If you are an end user looking for a standard Bereila solution, you can easily order it in the Bereila web shop. The web shop is designed for transactions within the EU. If you want to order from outside the EU, please Contact Us and we find a solution.
If you are a new food service customer, please send your order to sales@bereila.nl . We will then process your order with the utmost care.
For the standard Bereila dispensers we do not apply a minimum order size. For customized products and special products the minimum order size depends on the nature and specificity of the product. This will be agreed upon during the determination of the specification.
All deliveries from Bereila take place EXW Bedum NL (incoterms 2025)
For end users within EU, the Bereila web shop offers various options to pay by bank card or credit card. If no suitable payment options are offered to you, please Contact Us .
For Foodservice customers and equipment dealers, we will agree on specific payment conditions in mutual consultation.
Post-Sale Support
Standard products are usually delivered from stock and sometimes assembled to order. Within Benelux, the delivery time is on average two or three working days. Outside the Benelux, this is approximately three to six working days. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you for consultation.
The delivery time of serial orders, whether customized and special, depends on the product and the order quantity and is always agreed upon in consultation with you.
